This is a courtesy translation. FluX operates under Spanish law, and the Spanish version of this policy is the binding one. If the two ever differ, the Spanish text prevails.
01
Summary
This website uses no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies, and no third-party cookies of any kind. We do not measure your behaviour, we do not build profiles and we do not share browsing information with anyone.
That is why we do not show you a consent banner: the law only requires one when storage devices that are not strictly necessary are installed, and that is not our case.
02
What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website saves in your browser. It is used to remember information between pages or between visits. There are equivalent technologies, such as the browser's local storage, to which the same rules apply and which we treat here on equal terms.
Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE requires your prior consent to install them, except where they are essential to provide the service you have expressly requested.
03
What we actually use
Only strictly necessary technical storage:
This storage is exempt from consent because its only function is to remember a preference you expressed yourself. It contains no identifying data and is not sent to any server.
Separately from the above, our hosting provider records technical connection data on its servers (IP address, time of access) for security and operational reasons. Those are not cookies: they are server logs, and their processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.
04
What we do not use
For the record, this website does not use:
- Web analytics or audience measurement tools.
- Advertising, remarketing or ad personalisation cookies.
- Tracking pixels, web beacons or social network identifiers.
- Third-party cookies of any kind.
- User profiling or tracking across different websites.
If we were to add any of these technologies in the future, we would update this policy and ask for your prior consent through a mechanism that lets you accept or reject them just as easily.
05
Managing it from your browser
Even though there is nothing to reject on this site, you can control and delete storage from any website in your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and site data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage website data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
Bear in mind that blocking technical storage on other websites may stop them working properly. On ours, browsing will keep working normally.

The FluX platform
This policy covers the informational website on-flux.com. The application app.on-flux.com additionally uses technical storage that is essential to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. That storage is strictly necessary to provide the service you have contracted and is not used for analytics or advertising.

Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this same page with its update date. For any questions you can write to us at privacidad@on-flux.com.
