FluX did not come out of an office. It came out of having worked inside, from production operator to engineer, and seeing the same hole in company after company: one tool for maintenance, another for safety, another for the warehouse, and none of them talking to each other.

Seen from inside, not from outside
Before FluX existed there were years on the floor. First as a production operator, later as an engineer. That route teaches something you do not learn from reading a report: how what happens in an operation actually gets recorded.
In many places it is measured on paper, or straight from memory. The reading for the shift is known by whoever was there, and when that person goes on holiday it goes with them. What was done well yesterday cannot be proven today, and that stops being an inconvenience the day an auditor or a customer turns up asking for traceability.
And where there is software, the problem is different and almost worse: there is one for each thing. One for work orders, another for safety reports, another for the warehouse, a spreadsheet for quality. Each keeps its own part in good order, and none of them knows what is in the others.
The problem was not a lack of data
The data was there. It was scattered. And because the whole never existed anywhere, nobody could use it: not to know which machine is eating the budget, not to explain why the line stopped, not to reach an audit without three days of folders.
An enormous amount of valuable information is lost simply by not being together. FluX was born to put it together.

That a company has complete visibility and traceability of its operation, from health and safety to quality and maintenance, without anyone having to join anything by hand.
Passing an audit effortlessly is the consequence, not the goal. The goal is that all that information is good for something more: that the company sees where it is losing, decides with data, and reaches the level it is held to today.
That is why FluX brings together maintenance, compliance, the warehouse and everything the operation captures from workers' phones. And that is why the AI works over the whole and not over a piece: an intelligence that only sees work orders repeats the very mistake we came to solve.

We are young, and it shows
What you ask for does not join a queue behind a thousand other requests: it gets discussed, looked at and decided with you. At this stage every customer shapes the product more than they ever will again.
Data is captured where it happens
That is why the mobile app is not an add-on: it is where almost everything is born. If recording something means walking up to an office, it does not get recorded, and what is not recorded does not exist when you need it.
AI over the whole, not over a piece
Our AI queries orders, reports, stock, purchasing and compliance at once, because the questions that matter cross modules. And it proposes: compliance status comes from cross-checking the standard against your records, never from an opinion.
Not one number we cannot back up
You will not see a savings percentage on this site. We publish figures when we can say exactly where they come from, and not one before. A number with nothing behind it is what makes a plant manager close the tab, and rightly so.
Your data is yours
Every company is isolated from the others in the database itself, not by a screen filter. Nothing of yours trains any model, and you can take it with you whenever you want.
And we work across two continents
Commercial presence in Europe and in Latin America, and a platform in three languages. Industrial operations look more alike than you would think on either side of the Atlantic.
Closer to consulting than to buying a licence
The platform is built and deployed, and it is shown running on data from whichever sector applies to you. There is no mockup and no roadmap promise: what you see is what exists.
What changes with us is what comes next. We sit down with your operation, understand how you actually work and adapt the product to that, instead of asking you to bend the way you work around the software. Your suggestions go into the product: today we are the size that can hear them one by one and act on them, and in a large company that simply does not happen.
It is deliberate. We would rather have a small book and a lot of attention than the other way round.
