Delivery note reading
One photo, and the goods receipt fills itself.
The material reaches the loading bay and you photograph the delivery note from your phone. The AI pulls out the lines and fills in the goods receipt: which item of your catalogue each one is and how many units, reading «3 boxes of 12» as 36. You review it, you approve it, and inventory updates. Anything that does not add up is left flagged for a person to look at, rather than picking an item on its own.

The work order, from the report
Someone reports damage on a machine and the AI drafts the corrective order: title, description, priority and date. If you had already started writing it, it does not overwrite you: it offers the draft.

It does not decide your compliance
The Compliance Center traffic light comes from cross-checking the standard against your records, not from an opinion. AI suggests how to close what is missing, but the status is never a guess.
It does not act on its own
Routines read and alert. The Planner proposes and you apply or discard. Nothing runs in your operation without a person approving it.
It does not train on yours
Your data is queried to answer you and nothing else. It is not shared with other companies and it feeds no model.
The spend does not run away
AI usage is measured and capped per client. You see it on the screen itself, not in a surprise invoice at the end of the month.
